A Day To Remember: Jeremi x Sharisse BK Museum
I took a trip a while back to the Brooklyn Museum with a few friends, two young Legends Jeremi and Sharisse (she hates to have her photo taken lol). My schedule is usually very tight so I’m not able to connect with as many creatives as I would like to, so it felt good to have a day where we all just met up, looked for some inspiration and just talk. This was a great build. Both Jeremi and Sharisse are both super talented visual artists, Jeremi is a photographer, comic book connoisseur and solid Black man among other things. Sharisse is an amazing photographer who shoots both Film and Digital (RESPECT!), she listen to the kind of Hip-Hop that I respect and she is probably the most laid back person I’ve ever met from the Bronx. It was great picking their brains about concepts and theory and the overall climate in regards to Art and Social Politics. We have to do something like this again.
These photos were taken on my Fujifilm XT-2 w/ a Super Takumar 135mm F/3.5. I adapted this lens using my

LVNDR
There is something special about my good friend LVNDR, we have a different kind of chemistry when we create art together. Every time we work together it’s always so refreshing to me and I do truly appreciate whenever that happens.

Rochelle Rose
Ok everyone, here’s Rochelle Rose. She’s one of a kind to say the least. We met not too long ago through a friend and we kinda sorta clicked because were both a little weird. She’s a really talented artist who has a bunch of ideas, I like when people have ideas. We decided that one day we should meet up and take some shots around the neighborhood, we ended up spending most of that time eating Indian food and watching random ass YouTube videos on her projector. Eventually we went outside and got some really cool shots, Rochelle doesn’t do many photoshoots so this was just a great opportunity for some fun low pressure photos…I’m proud of these shots.

Dom O Briggs
I was doing a test of my Viltrox 85mm lens on my good friend Dom O Briggs, not even 10 minutes into my camera being out we were swarmed by people who wanted to be a part of the shoot, we then were bombarded by an individual who wanted us to listen to his music and then my camera went back into my backpack. Good times!

Briana King
During a random summer day I went to a skate park with some friends and watched them all fall on their behinds for a few hours. It was a beautiful day. I met some wonderful people and I probably will never see some of those people ever again, but that’s okay. That’s literally what life is like in New York City. One of the main people in this set of photos is my friend Briana, we ate a lot of vegan food together that summer and she is probably one of the most random people who I have ever met.
